When a customer asks an assistant for “a light rain jacket under €100”, the answer leans more and more on catalogues that merchants supply themselves. That catalogue is a product feed.

## A feed is your catalogue in a channel’s format

A product feed is a file, kept up to date, that lists your products with their fields: name, description, price, price before a sale, availability, photo, brand, product page address. Each channel has its format and its required fields. A product missing one stays out.

## The three channels

- ChatGPT: OpenAI’s format for product discovery in its answers.
- Google Merchant Center: the format Google’s surfaces read, AI Mode and Gemini among them, and which others take up.
- Meta: the catalogue of Facebook and Instagram.

You register your shop once in each channel and give it the feed’s address; from then on it updates by itself.

## Drawn from your public pages, without a connector

The usual connectors go through your shop’s admin, platform by platform. We read your public product pages, as a customer would, and draw the feed from them: it works whatever platform your shop runs on, with no access to your admin. The feed is written again each time we read your site; a product left out shows in your dashboard with what it lacks.

## The sale stays with you

Our feeds are for being found, never for taking payment: they list your products for search and send people to your product page. The customer buys on your site, with your cart, your terms and your payment.
